About Meeting Intentions
Meeting Intentions was founded in 2014 by Robin Rifkin with the goal of helping groups and organizations clarify their vision and goals and succeed through shared leadership.

We work with and across communities and organizations to design and facilitate large and small meetings for system change, peer-learning and training, strategic visioning and planning, innovation, evaluation, advocacy, community, policy and materials development, and team retreats.
We have facilitated projects and meetings in public health, food systems and food security, agriculture, community planning, nutrition education, environmental sustainability, out-of-school time, workforce development, refugee resettlement, trauma, equity, abuse, faith initiatives, advocacy, and organizational transitions.
We are located in the Philadelphia region, and consult nationally. We partner with a team of facilitators, graphic facilitators, planners, evaluators and coaches. We would be delighted to discuss your meeting or initiative, and the role of our team in its success.
