We guide and encourage important discussions that allow for diverse perspectives to be shared in safe, respectful and engaging manner.

You will uncover a more realistic and shared view of how your organization currently operates and tap into the experience of the planners to shape the future of the organization.

An important benefit of participatory planning: When key stakeholders are included in the planning process they become energized and driven to make it successful. We see it time and again!

Meeting Intentions leads 2-3 strategic planning, and 1-year action planning processes a year. Each one focuses on past, present and future, with the goal of concrete tasks and commitments to implement the plan.

An example: A collective of organizations had been working together to accomplish the goals of collaborative grant. Over a course of a one day and shorter day planning meetings we were able to focus in on the longer-term goals of the group and come up with three distinct strategic approaches to achieve these goals. Implementation planning followed, giving the group a plan to follow and use as a blueprint in their monthly meetings.

What past clients have said:

“I finally had the chance to read your Strategic Plan in its entirety before I filed it away…. And WOW!

Of all the plans we have funded and I have read, I like this one the best. It was thoughtful, interesting, and practical, and I liked the way it came together. I will be sure to share this one with others on the Board who have asked how things are progressing with at your organization.”
